Local School Choice Advocacy Organization Recognizes State Legislative Champions
AUSTIN, Texas — Yesterday the Texas Chapter of PublicSchoolOptions.org (PSO) awarded Representative Dwayne Bohac with its Champion of School Choice Award for his strong support and leadership in the fight for giving Texas families access to more school choice options. The award was presented to Representative Bohac at PSO’s annual Capitol Day Rally yesterday, where hundreds of students and families who benefit from Texas’ public virtual schools attended.
Representative Bohac has introduced HB895, which would lift the moratorium on the creation of new public virtual schools in Texas.
